Terms of sale

These terms govern the sale of MATAN products through matan.eu and matan.publishwall.com (the "Site"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Prices & currency

All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT for EU buyers. Shipping is added at checkout unless the order qualifies for free shipping (60 EUR and above).

Orders & availability

An order becomes binding when Stripe confirms payment and MATAN sends the confirmation email. If a piece is out of stock after payment, we will refund the affected item immediately.

Right of withdrawal

EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery. See our Returns policy for practical details. Briefs, swimsuits and bodysuits must be returned with all hygiene tags and protective stickers intact.

Warranty

Products are warranted against manufacturing defects for 24 months from the date of delivery.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. The seller is OX Istra d.o.o., Matan atelier, Rijeka.
