MATAN (OX Istra d.o.o., Rijeka) is the data controller for personal data collected through matan.eu. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Name, email, shipping address and phone when you place an order
- Email alone when you subscribe to our newsletter
- Technical logs (IP, user agent) kept for 90 days for security
Why we collect it
To process orders, provide support, send shipping updates, and (with consent) send our newsletter.
Third parties
Payments are handled by Stripe. Shipping by GLS, DPD and DHL. Authentication by EDP ID (Logto). We do not sell or rent data.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to withdraw consent. Write to privacy@matan.eu.

We use essential cookies for cart and auth. No advertising trackers.
