Returns
Thirty days, no questions. Please keep underwear tags attached.
Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. For hygiene reasons, briefs, swimsuits and bodysuits must be returned with all tags attached and protective stickers intact.
How to start
Write to returns@matan.eu with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid label within 24 hours on working days.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of our atelier receiving the parcel.
Exchanges
Prefer a different size or colour? Include it in the return email and we'll reserve the new piece until your return is received.
