The questions we're asked most often, answered as honestly as possible.
How do your sizes run?
Our grading is cut to EU standards with what the atelier calls centimetres of grace — small adjustments at the side seam and cup apex. Most customers take their usual size. If you sit between sizes, our fit team recommends going up in the band and down in the cup.
Is the fabric organic?
Where possible, yes. Our cotton is GOTS-certified. Our lace is woven from OEKO-TEX Standard 100 yarn. Our swim is a recycled polyamide (ECONYL) in most silhouettes.
How do I care for pieces?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle in a laundry bag. Never tumble dry. Lay flat in the shade to preserve the elastic and lace. Underwires do not need hand-washing if the bag is used.
Do you restock?
Yes. Best-selling anchors are restocked every 4 to 6 weeks. If a piece is out of stock in your size, please join the waitlist on the product page and we'll email you when it returns.
Can I book a fitting?
Our Zagreb and Rijeka stores offer free 30-minute private fittings. Book via stores@matan.eu.
